     It is indeed a great pleasure for me to write this letter of reference on behalf of Mike Batty, an agent with Avion Real Estate Company.  I have worked with Mike on two different occasions, the first in selling my house in Lexington, and consequently, the second, in purchasing a condominium in Waltham.
