of the Piety Corner neighborhood across Lexington Street tend to be smaller. There is a mix of new larger homes and older capes and ranch style houses.

of Totten Pond Road and Beaver Street, West of Forest Road, bounded on the west by Wyman Street, and south of Lincoln and Lake Streets.
